PRIMO Web Demo showcases panoramic reconstruction in microscopy for the Demo and Video track of ACM Multimedia 2026.

What this demo does

Upload microscopy image tiles (or pick a prepared dataset), run PRIMO through a web queue, and explore results in an interactive deep-zoom viewer.

This is a research demo: results, availability, and performance are not guaranteed.

How to use

  1. Go to Run PRIMO.
  2. Start from a prepared tile set or upload your own tiles.
  3. Track progress on the job page.
  4. Explore the final panorama in the deep-zoom viewer.
